Doug has been in the hospital for several weeks and it is now in line for a heart transplant. Besides medical costs, there are bills from Doug’s business and upgrades to their home to help Doug once he receives his transplant that his wife Heather and son DJ will need help covering. If you know Heather, she is so selfless and always gives to others. They can really use our support as they navigate this challenge.

We are Home!!!
Once again we are grateful for the outpouring of support we have received on this journey. After 59 long days, Doug is home.
Now the next chapter begins..... balancing appointments, managing meds and finding our new normal among it all.
The patient is doing well and the pets are so happy he is home. He even had the energy and desire to cook his own dinner last night!
