Hi everyone,

I never thought I’d have to make a post like this, but our hearts are breaking for our sweet boy, Duke. A few days ago, Duke broke his leg badly an at this point the options are: 
1. surgery to repair the broken bones    2. amputation
3. or the worse case scenario

After seeing the quotes for the first two options an exploring every financial option, we are in desperate need to ask for help from friends.

Duke isn’t just a pet — he’s family. He’s been my loyal companion through every high and low, always there with love, comfort, and that big goofy grin that can make even the hardest days a little brighter. Now, he needs me — and I need a little help to give him the care he deserves.

The surgery, medications, and recovery costs come to about $7,200 
and as much as I wish I could cover it all, I simply can’t do it alone. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward Duke’s surgery and recovery. Even a share of this campaign means so much.

Duke deserves the chance to run, play, and live without pain again. If you’ve ever loved a dog, you know how deep that bond goes — they give us everything, unconditionally. Please help me give Duke the chance to get back on his paws and live the happy life he loves so much.
