My name is John…I am a firefighter and paramedic in South Carolina.

I have been a first responder for 23 years. Within the last couple of years, I have been diagnosed with PTSD, major depression, anxiety, and ADHD. 

I am, currently, seeking treatment for my mental health. Unfortunately, insurance covers a minimal portion of the expenses for mental health treatment.

I am asking for $4,000 to help cover the costs associated with my treatment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and will go towards the cost of my mental health treatment.
