I'm James Martin,I was in car accident on March 17,2023,since then I've been going back and forth to doctors in Birmingham,Alabama for treatment. I had my first back surgery October 3,2023, I was paralyzed on left side and couldn't walk,then I was told by my doctor that he needed to go back in me to fuse my back together. My spinal cord and sciatic nerve was where you couldn't put a piece of paper in between it. I also have alot of other major health issues. I just need some help with expenses  with me going back and forth to Birmingham. Staying in hotels is also very expensive. Anything I can get some help with would be grateful.
