Dear Friends,

Many of you have reached out, expressing your concern and asking how you can support Margo following her recent bicycle accident on Sunday, March 17th. Margo is known for her adventurous spirit, love of hiking and the love she shares with her furry companion, Ellie Ray. However, this accident has brought unexpected challenges into her path.

The accident resulted in Margo breaking two bones in her leg, necessitating surgery to repair the damage and 3 nights in the hospital. As she embarks on the road to recovery, Margo faces a daunting journey ahead. For the next 4-8 weeks, she'll be unable to perform basic tasks and will need to take time off work, adding financial strain to an already difficult situation.

Since moving to Saluda, NC in October 2023, Margo has been working hard to build a new life for herself. She recently moved into her own place and found employment at Green River BBQ, but this setback has put her financial stability at risk. With medical bills looming and no income during her recovery, Margo is in need of our support now more than ever.
