I contracted Hepatitis A in July and have not been able to work for over a month. Being I live paycheck to paycheck I have had to spend every cent on medications and gas to get to the doctor. Upon being admitted into a local hospital my heart was in A-fib, heart rate was 185 and I was the sickest I have ever been. My liver is damaged and the doctors discovered that I also have Graves Disease. 

It is now the end on August and my rent is due. I have not been able to buy myself basic food and I fear being sick, homeless and hungry. 

I'm going to try and go back to work but again, I live over 50 miles from work and I don't have gas money to get there.

It's ironic that I can't make money because I don't have enough money to get fuel to get there. 

I am a responsible person that goes to work and gives 100% while there. I would have been working this whole time if I were allowed to buy I was not allowed to leave my house or hospital room due to being highly contagious. 

I'm only asking for help with my rent that is $450,  some food and gas money so I am able to make money.
