Dear friends, family, and kind hearted strangers,

We are reaching out to ask for your support during a difficult time for Rob Howard and his family.  Rob was recently informed by his medical team that he is no longer a candidate for a Liver Transplant.  His condition rapidly advanced over the last few months and he is now in the final stages of ESLD, End Stage Liver Disease.  Rob, his family and friends prayed that he would be matched with a donor before this progression but their faith remains strong as they now focus on Rob’s comfort and filling his final days with love and compassion.  
 

As a US Veteran, having served in the Gulf War, most of Rob’s medical bills have been covered by the VA however, having spent over a third of his days either in the hospital or in treatment, Rob has not had steady income throughout his long battle.   
We are asking for your help so that Rob may face the coming days without worry of leaving bills and final expenses for his family to pay.  Additionally, if time permits and his medical team is able to work it out for him to go, his family hopes to take Rob to his favorite place on earth, the beach, for a few days of sun and meaningful family time.  If we are able to meet and exceed our goal we plan to help fund some of the expenses for that trip.
 

Please, even if you cannot donate, repost this on Facebook and every other social media site you use.  We cannot express the importance of doing this enough, the biggest thing you can do right now, aside from donating and keeping Rob in your prayers, is to pass this message along.

UPDATE - Since starting this fundraiser Rob has had 2 hospital stays, the first for 8 days and the second for 3.   With that behind him he is currently working on gaining enough strength to handle a short trip to the beach.  Please keep him in your prayers or send him good juju, whatever your vibe is, it’s all appreciated  AND, before we let you go.  We are having a difficult time getting the word out to everyone that knows Rob about this fundraiser.  Please, every time you see this or think of Rob, repost this everywhere you are able to OR, text it, email it, and, print it out & nail it to a wall somewhere and then do it again the next week.   Sincerely, thank you.
