I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out today on behalf of our colleague, Sheila DeBoard, who is facing an exceptionally difficult time and could truly use our support.

As many of you know, Sheila DeBoard has been the primary caregiver for her parents, managing their daily needs, medical appointments, and overall well-being. She has taken on these responsibilities with remarkable strength and compassion. However, the demands of her caregiving role have placed a significant financial and emotional strain on her.

Despite her dedication to her work and her family, she is now on the edge of losing her job due to the overwhelming challenges she is facing. This situation is not a result of lack of effort or commitment—rather, it is the reality of someone trying their best to care for loved ones while keeping up with mounting financial pressures.

We would like to come together as a team and community to offer assistance during this difficult time.
