Hello my name is Nancy . I live in stone park ,Illinois . i’m mother of 5 children This is really hard for me and my family and I thought twice to do this since I’m really desperated but I don’t know what else to do. just to ask all of you some help to complete for a surgery In my cervical discs. The pain is going to bad to worse lately. I’m losing my movement from my fingers, my left leg, my left arm and the half of my face sometimes I can’t walk and step on because of the serious problem in my back . No body has to live with pain in life . I’m off work right know I don’t have money to provide for my children,pay rent and much less my surgery. At this moment I think everyone needs from everyone today I am here tomorrow it can be you . Any help can be left here and may God bless each and every one of you!!.
