I'm very grateful to you for taking a moment to hear my story. I was kept intact as an infant and I have stayed that way willingly. I really wanted to cure my phimosis condition. This is where the foreskin is too tight to allow full retraction (phimosis) and if it does retract it can become stuck behind the glans (paraphimosis), cut off blood circulation to the glans and do some serious damage to the blood vessels and nerves.  For the longest time, I have been holding onto hope that I could reverse the tightness. I have tried numerous at home devices to help but none have made any improvements all the while increasing pain and sensitivity. I am married and certain activities do create pain and discomfort.

Per doctors recommendation, surgery seems to be the best way to go. Unfortunately, I do not have health insurance.  I have tried applying to numerous ACA insurance programs but none offer coverage for my situation. I'm told that this procedure is by ELECTIVE, even with a urologist recommendation, largely based on my current age of 38.  In hindsight, i wish I would have been more open to the surgical route but my dignity and pride kept me hoping. 

I have found a highly recommended urologist that will do the procedure for approximately 500 paid upfront. The hospital is an hour and half away and they will require a 2500 dollar down payment, and then they will finance the rest. I believe it is about 4800 in total.  I need somewhere around 3000 dollars to get started. I know there are so many worthy request for donations but this would greatly improve my life, as well as my marriage. Anything you can do to help would mean more to me than I can ever explain.
