Help Nate & Yolanda Bring Home Their Miracle Baby! 

Dear friends and family,

We are reaching out with hopeful hearts as we embark on our journey to start a family through IVF. This path hasn’t been easy, but our faith in the Lord and our dream of becoming parents keeps us going.

We have been trying to have kids for several years now, and after seeking medical help and being told by multiple physicians that we were considered infertile, we were finally able to become pregnant in November of 2023. However, our joy at finding out we were going to have a baby was quickly overshadowed by Yolanda being in extreme pain. After several visits to the hospital the doctor concluded that she had suffered a miscarriage but a few days later in the middle of the night we had to rush to the hospital because she had an ectopic rupture in her fallopian tube and we then lost our first child. That was a very difficult experience for us to go through. We had a memorial and named our lost baby Ali.

We were told by the doctors that this was a rare occurrence and that we shouldn't have to fear this happening to us again so a year later we became pregnant in October of 2024  but we were more subdued in our feelings of excitement because of the experience from our previous pregnancy and unfortunately, to our dismay Yolanda went through another ectopic rupture, where we lost our second child, who we named Matías.

Praise God that Yolanda survived the complications that resulted in her needing surgery both times. However, due to the rupturing of both of her fallopian tubes, IVF is now our only option to fulfill our dream of giving birth to our own children.

Though we still do not understand His purpose in leading us down this particular path, we believe it is part of God's plan for us to be parents.
