As we prepare to celebrate Zhyan’s very first birthday, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the beautiful year we’ve had with her. She has brought so much joy, love, and light into our lives—and now, she’s about to face a big challenge with the same strength and spirit she’s shown since day one.

Zhyan will be undergoing multiple surgeries on August 22nd to repair a brachial plexus nerve injury, with the main procedure being a nerve graft, requiring the expertise of a neurologist. The cost of surgery is significant—ranging from $40,000 to $100,000—but we’re standing firm in our faith that God is walking with us every step of the way. We know He will guide the hands of the doctors and allow a successful and smooth recovery for our sweet girl.
