EspañolMy youngest brother has had five heart attacks. And he has wire wrapped around his breast plate that needs removed. And his insurance doesn't help. He's in constant pain and to sneeze is agony. I'm on a fixed income and don't have the money to pay for the surgery. Thank you ahead of time
