About this fundraiser

I’m reaching out for help for my dog, Chance, who is currently facing a serious medical emergency. For those of you who haven’t met him, Chance is a 7 year old English Springer Spaniel that loves his momma, snacking, rolling around in the grass, and snuggling and playing tug of war with his twin brother Beau, and playing fetch with his human brother Brody. Chance has recently became very sick and very much in pain and we have hid a dead end road, literally and physically, as far as being able to afford further treatment for him. Chance had a splenic tumor rupture, leading to internal bleeding and bloating - causing severe pain. His prognosis is not good with or without surgery, or whether the tumor is benign or malignant…the very best case scenario would be if he had a successful surgery and the tumor was benign and they were able to stop all internal bleeding and get out any masses internally, he would have a 78% chance to live for 1 full year (the surgery and medicine would cost about $5,000 minimum). Worst case scenario is that the tumor ruptured or damaged another organ such as his spleen, liver, or kidneys and it was cancerous and that would lead to him only have a couple days left to live.

Chance doesn’t deserve this pain and anxiety, and he’s always been there for me, so I need to be there for him, but I can’t do it alone  Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly to Chance’s care - whether it be to get bloodwork done, or for pain medication and internal bleeding/swelling prescription, his favorite kind of bone to enjoy, or towards his euthanizing costs….it would truly mean so much to us and help him in so many ways. We will keep Chance’s tail wagging and spoiling him rotten until he doesn’t enjoy it anymore and your donations will help him be a pain free and happy baby for the rest of his days. God willing.

Thank you for your support and for keeping Chance in your thoughts and prayers.
