In 2019, I broke my leg in a traumatic accident. I have had severe pain after 2 surgeries. I recently consulted a trauma surgeon in Nashville with recommendations from my new Orthopedic surgeon here in Omaha. In order for me to relieve the pain and get a new knee, adjustments need to be made to my previous ORIF surgery. The plate is too big on top and is rubbing against my knee cap. A trauma surgeon needs to do surgery to remove part of the plate and insert a device that not only stabilizes my leg but doesn’t rub against the knee cap so I can get a knee replacement. A surgeon who has agreed to take on my case in Nashville, needs me to stay in the area for 8 weeks.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
